ITALIAN by Windsor Manufactured In Italy From Patented Designs Hand-Finished In New Zealand By Specialist Craftsmen Classic elegance meets modern aesthetics expressed by a graceful curvature that follows the contour of your hand. Reminiscent of a wing, the changing shapes forge a luminous glow. Levers, roses and plates are forged and machined in Italy using the finest quality solid brass and arrive at Windsor in their raw state to be processed and hand-finished. To create the different finishes, we use a variety of metal treatments, then the finish is relieved back by hand by one of our specialist craftspeople, creating a series of natural patina finishes. This aspect of our work enables us to achieve bespoke finishes that are not possible through mass production. Some finishes are left in their natural state to age gracefully over time, this is our living finish range, others are coated with a resin lacquer to protect the colour and provide either a high gloss or matt finish, these are our lacquered finishes.
