Our shipping policy is simple. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We use Australia Post,TNT, Fastways & DHL for security and speed. After receiving your order and payment we will ship as soon as possible. Some of our products come from third party suppliers and in this there can be delays. We will notify you ASAP if any item is out of stock and you will have an option to cancel your order. If your order is urgent, just let us know and we will do what we can to help.

Within Australia, in stock orders  should be despatched within 3 - 5 business days, out of stock orders  should be despatched within 10 - 12 business days olf your order being placed.

Returns & Credits

 DEFECTS CAUSED DURING MANUFACTURE

• Defects of this nature are covered by the guarantee offered by the manufacture of the product, guarantee durations vary from product to product.
  • Use of a product in an application in which it was not design for or vandalism will void the manufactures guarantee

 DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

• All item shipped are covered by insurance until they have arrived and have been signed for by you.
• If damage is discovered upon opening your parcel

 INCORRECTLY PURCHASED / CHANGE FOF MIND

• All products purchased through Finer Fittings can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
• All returns of this nature are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Product(s) must have their orginal packaging and labeling in good condition
